The hotel is conveniently located right across from the hospital, making it easy to find. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the walls are not very soundproof, and you can hear noise from neighbors easily. The dining experience was a mix of average food and fantastic service.

The hotel had lovely and fairly big rooms, although a small refrigerator would have been a nice addition. The musty smell when the heater turned on was a minor downside. The service was helpful and kind, with staff constantly in plain view and engaging in great conversations. The location was great for training at the Red Cross but lacked soundproofing. Dining had limited options but delicious pasta. Overall, it was a worthwhile stay for the price paid.
